Terms of order

1. General

These terms govern placing and fulfilling orders for printed paper bags through this website. The seller is Astonvisa s.r.o., Kostel sv. Jana Nepomuckého, Na Hradě 92, 500 03, Hradec Králové, Czechy, e-mail: office@astonvisa.com. The offer is addressed to businesses and to individual customers ordering custom-specified products.

2. Offer and offer number

The calculator shows a quote based on the selected parameters. Clicking “Order” creates an offer with a unique, sequential number that you receive by e-mail; a copy goes to the seller’s office. The offer is valid for 14 days from creation and does not yet constitute a contract – the contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order (including agreement on the artwork).

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are in EUR and are net prices unless the offer states otherwise. VAT may be added in accordance with applicable law. Delivery cost depends on the country and order size and is stated in the offer.

4. Artwork and approval

Production starts once the customer approves the artwork (proof). The customer is responsible for the rights to the supplied materials and their correctness. Minor colour differences between the on-screen proof and the print, inherent to printing and paper, are not a defect.

5. Payment

Payment details (including any deposit) are set out in the order confirmation. Orders with an individual specification are produced after a deposit is paid where the confirmation so states.

6. Production and delivery

The lead time runs from approval of the artwork and payment of the deposit (if required) and is stated in the confirmation. Delivery is available to the countries listed in the calculator. The permitted print-run tolerance is up to ±10%.

7. Complaints

Goods should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be sent by e-mail to office@astonvisa.com, stating the offer number and describing the defect with photos, within 7 days of receipt. The seller will respond within 14 days.

8. Right of withdrawal

Products made to the customer’s individual specification (printed with the customer’s artwork) are excluded from the right of withdrawal from distance contracts.

9. Privacy policy (GDPR)

The data controller is Astonvisa s.r.o., Kostel sv. Jana Nepomuckého, Na Hradě 92, 500 03, Hradec Králové, Czechy, e-mail: office@astonvisa.com. We process form data (name, company, e-mail, phone, address, order content) to prepare offers, fulfil orders and communicate (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) for the period required by tax law and limitation periods. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to place an order. The site uses only essential cookies (language choice) and browser storage for the basket; we do not use advertising cookies.

10. Final provisions

Polish law applies to matters not regulated here. The seller may amend these terms; orders already placed are governed by the version in force on the date the offer was created.
